So if you have been following along, you know that I joined a 100 day challenge to eat clean and work out. Pretty much get my butt back in routine.
I love eating clean. It’s never been an issue for me, I love me some leafy green salads and my morning shakes. BUT… I also do love my chocolate and night-time snacks.
Yes this typical skinny annoying bi*ch can eat everything and not really be too worried about. I was blessed with a high metabolism. But I am 36 now. I just had a baby via C-section. Things change. Those MCD fries, Irish chocolates, sugar induced teas have caught up to me.
yea yea … I get it, im only 6 weeks PP. I should not worry about these things right now. But truth be told, im feeling pretty good right now, I healed rather well, and I am ready to fit back into my millions of black leggings that have been calling my name from my closet. ( I miss you too black leggings!! )
So I started a little yoga. Added in a little strength training. And my trusty simply fit board this week.

Ah its this amazing device that you stand on, and twist. Its fun. You don’t think you are working out … but the next day.. OH YEAH! THERE THEY ARE! THOSE LAZY sleepy muscles!!
Anyways, add in the work out videos with it and little weights. ( Yea i have 2 lbs . Listen.. we all need to start somewhere…..) and away i went. Its easy on my core, ( till the lady on the tv tells me to get down and do push ups with it. BHAHAHAH. I did it. I did not like it. But i did it.
So here i am in all my glory.
I need to name my board. I love my board. But if Bob the back roll gets a name, I think my handy board gets a name. I mean I do jump on him, abuse him, and he does great things for me. Lets name him something sexy. He deserves that.
